What does it mean?
-
The site is usable
-
There were no parts of the site that were unusable.
-
The users were frustrated when locating the drug testing policy, but they were happy with easier tasks, such
as locating superstar profile pages.
-
I knew the location of the drug testing policy would provide a challenge for all of my users and it was. I knew
the help center results would provide inconsistent information and it did. The users locating the superstar pages,
the show results pages, and the shop information provided easier for them that I anticipated.
What should be done about it?
-
Certain parts of the site need to be changed, yes!
-
The drug testing policy should be easier to locate. The help center needs to provide more accurate results when
being searched.
