Upon entering the website for the first time, I am offered a 15% off coupon on their shop. I entered my
real email address but a fake email address (555-555-5555) and the 15% off on the shop still sent through, which
means if I entered a number that doesn't exist, I won't get proper text messages with my discount code. On top of
this, no number in the entire USA starts with 555 with a 555 area code, so the fact that this invalid number went
through successfully is a usability issue.

The second usability issue identified was after I inserted the email and phone number for 15% off on the website's
shop, a huge ad popped up in between the navigation bar and the site's main content causing a distracting look
created by Google. I am assuming the association is how the WWE makes money through Google Ads, but it causes an
extremely confusing look for the site and it doesn't mesh well together with both the color scheme and content of
the site.

The site seems to be never ending with the more you scroll down on the homepage, then more videos and content
load. You can never get to the footer of the site which can cause the user some frustration when trying to
access some additional content, whether it by their corporate offices or a simple help page.

On the WWE Network page, it says to go to Peacock Premium to access the WWE Network and below that an error
message that it is unable to load the videos unless I sign in, with no option to sign in. As a fan of the
WWE, the WWE Network doesn't even exist anymore as it is strictly through Peacock, so the option on the nav bar
to say "WWE Network" is invalid and should just be a direct link to the Peacock site that hosts the WWE library.

After creating an account with the site, I am automatically signed in, which is good. I go over to their shop so I
can try to buy something and I am no longer logged in. I go to sign in, apparently my username and password aren't
correct. I have to create a separate account for their shopping part of the site, which seems to be a bit much when
a user created an account from their main page. It doesn't make sense and is a usability flaw for a user to create
two accounts.

The help documentation seems to be all about the WWE Network, which only exists on Peacock's platform now. The
documentation still lists the WWE Network as a valid platform (which it used to be about 7 years ago). It has
no help or documentation, at least easily found through searching or clicking the "Help" option under the search
icon. Nothing about user accounts or anything is found on their main homepage which can confuse users that need
help regarding something other than the WWE Network.

When on the Help page, I click the "WWE" logo, which should redirect a user back to the main Homepage and it just
redirects me back to the Help page. The only way I can get back to the main page is typing in the URL again or
I can reroute myself by clicking a navigation link to go to those specific pages to leave the help page.

When on the search for something, in this instance "Help me log into my WWE account," my results, specifically the
top results are all unrelated to what was searched. I gotten results, such as "The Get Savage Content Official
Results," "Raw Results: Texas Toast," "Grading the 2018 Superstar Shakeup," and "WrestleMania III Remembered", as
some of the examples. Not one result was related to my search inquery on getting help to log into my WWE account.

Just a small design issue is that the Twitter logo is still utilized when it is now known as "X" with a different
logo. Originally this would be something overlooked, but over on their other pages they utilize the "Share with
X" feature, but on the Homepage it states "Share with Twitter". A small cosmetic problem that affects a site's
design and can possibly indicate them being outdated.
